With over 25 years of experience under his belt, John certainly knows a thing or two about marketing. His roots as an in-house marketer taught him all he needed to know about strategic communication and high impact advertising. When he's not heading up a new creative pitch for JWI Advertising in Dubai, you’ll find John enjoying a round of golf with friends and clients (all in the name of business, of course).
With a broad range of international marketing experience gained from global brands, Charli leads the JWI Dubai team so client objectives can come to life. A self-diagnosed perfectionist, her passion for excellence ensures that every output is executed with military precision. On the off chance she has spare time, she swaps her iPhone for an Aperol Spritz and ‘gets zen’ with a spot of yoga (but generally not at the same time!).
Despite his boyish charm, Gavin has already racked up over 13 years of graphic design experience. From national in-store promotions to international collateral, his work always packs a punch and keeps our clients on their toes. At the end of a busy day, Gavin looks forward to relaxing in the peace and quiet of home life. But as a new dad, that’s rarely the case!
Having done the rounds at some of the UK’s most notable ad agencies, Oli brings a strong strategic mindset to the team. Oli is passionate about finding the best and most cost effective solution for his clients. He has an admiration for the history of advertising. When he’s not in work, he’s in the gym, watching basketball or listening to country music (which has now been banned from the office…).
Before moving to JWI Advertising, Gabrielle worked in PR and internal communications for a large, international company. From campaigns to copywriting, her experience spans across many different disciplines in the field of communications – it helps that she doesn’t stop chatting! Outside of work, Gabrielle’s biggest passions are food, tea (English Breakfast all the way) and trying out the latest trends in health and beauty.
As well as JWI’s graphic designer, Ben is the resident DJ and makes sure the office soundtrack is always on point. With years of experience in both agency and in-house across both print and digital design, Ben is passionate about bringing brands to life through striking and impactful creative. Not only artistic at work, Ben loves to get crafty in the kitchen, trying out new, healthy recipes and reporting back to the team.
Charlotte has spent the last couple of years working in digital marketing for a luxury developer in Dubai, and prior to that, she spent her working days with some of the world’s best chefs. Our multi-skilled Manchester girl has a graphic design degree, a Google qualification and her very own creative IG account @contentbychabs. When she’s not at her Mac or scrolling through social, she’s cooking, entertaining or obsessing over the latest Star Wars release – the force is strong with this one!
With a background in public relations and journalism, Lina has worked across a number of trade and consumer accounts over the last four years, and has taken a lead on event management, creative campaigns and national stunts, and selling in those crucial stories to gain coverage. A to-do-list and a Friday dance are a must but in her spare time, you’ll find her trying out a new restaurant or drinking tea.
Michael has more than 20 years’ experience, spanning in-house and agency roles in the UK. He’s even worked in fast-paced recruitment advertising for multi-language, high-profile clients. In his spare time, he’ll be in his favourite dark places: gigs or the cinema. If time allows, he spends time with his wife and rabbits…
With nine years experience in SEO, Kumail joined the JWI team to help grow our clients' digital marketing and organic search rankings. Our resident tech guru, his finger is never far from the button to keep up to date with the latest SEO trends. When he isn’t traveling around the world, Kumail loves playing sports.
With a strong agency background Sarah has added her stamp of mildly obsessive perfectionism to some really big brands. As studio manager, she spends her days coordinating work loads and evenings organising social events with military-like precision. The most important things in her life are planning, cake and gin.
Keeping both the finances and team in check, Kita is the glue that holds JWI together. Whether it’s balancing the books, overseeing the office or topping the team up with tea, Kita is always on-hand to ensure all is well in the (JWI) world.
